Sitabula Terms of Use
This text explains the general service framework for individual, team and corporate use of the Sitabula
application. Specific agreements concluded with corporate customers may apply with priority.
This page is the English version of the Turkish original. In the event of any discrepancy
between the two, the Turkish text prevails.

Sitabula is a software service offered for managing construction site operations on mobile and desktop.
The scope of the modules may vary according to the version, licence, store policies and the content of
the corporate agreement.
2. Account and access responsibility
- The user is responsible for the security of the access credentials belonging to their own account.
- Role, project and device based access restrictions are part of the system design.
- If unauthorised use, account sharing or transfer of access is detected, additional verification may be requested.
3. Unacceptable use
- Using the service for reverse engineering, unauthorised data extraction or bypassing access controls
- Attempting to access other users' data without authorisation
- Using the application for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent transactions
4. Support and maintenance access
Limited operational access may be required when technical support, fault analysis, maintenance or a
security need arises. Such access is carried out not for general use, but for the purpose of resolving
the issue or maintaining continuity of the service. In corporate deployments the scope of access may
additionally be limited by contract.
5. Data and content responsibility
The accuracy of the project, site, cost, media and document content entered into the system belongs to
the user or to the relevant corporate account holder. Sitabula carries out the technical processing
activities required for the operation of the service.
6. Store and subscription processes
In-app purchases are managed within the rules of the relevant store provider and the product / plan
structure defined for the user account. Corporate licensing may be configured separately by way of a
quotation and contract.
7. Change and termination of the service
Service features may be updated in line with security requirements or maintenance needs. Where an
account or its use puts the security of the service, other users or legal obligations at risk, access
