Four modules, one set of data.

Every module works on the same project data: a production record turns up in the progress payment, a dispatch in stock, a timesheet in the month-end report. The screenshots below are taken from the Windows application as it is; the data belongs to a sample project.

Production, planning and quantity take-off

The field team enters production status from a phone; the planning and analysis screens update from the same record. The quantity take-off library holds the production items and their unit amounts, and progress payment lines feed from it.

Orders, dispatch and stock

An order is approved, the dispatch sets off, the delivery lands in stock. Suppliers and warehouses are followed from the same screen; each link of the chain feeds the next, and the last one lands on the cost.

Progress payments, accounts and cost

A production record is tied to a progress payment line; the ledger entry and the cost table update at the same moment. Concrete and equipment costs land in the same table.

Management & Documents

Reports, timesheets and files

Excel and PDF outputs, timesheet reports and the document archive are produced from the records entered. The project overview screen gathers progress, the progress payment distribution and the project details on one page.
