Categories of processed data

  • Account data: user e-mail address, role and permission scopes, session authentication information
  • Project data: production, quantity take-off, progress payment, planning, note and operation records
  • Media and files: site photographs, document uploads, report outputs
  • Technical records: error logs, performance measurements and the logs required for support analysis

  • Authenticating the user and running the project-scoped screen flow
  • Managing construction site operations: production, stock, shipment, timesheet, progress payment and current account processes
  • Producing Excel, PDF and management reports
  • Carrying out support, maintenance and security processes

Approach to sharing

Sitabula does not share user data with advertising networks or with third parties acting as data brokers. In corporate deployment models, hosting, access and retention policies may be shaped according to contractual needs.

Access during support

Access to the live environment is not used for general or arbitrary review; it is used within a limited operational scope only when troubleshooting, maintenance, support or a security need arises. In corporate deployments this framework may additionally be clarified through contract and support clauses.
