How do you send the request?
E-mail subject: Sitabula Account Deletion Request
Please state the following information in your e-mail:
- Full name
- The e-mail address used in the Sitabula account
- Company / project name
- Description of the request

To delete your Sitabula account and the personal data linked to it, you can send an e-mail to info@stner.org.

The process
Once your request has been received, account verification is carried out. After verification is complete, your account and the personal data linked to it are assessed; the data to be deleted is deleted, while records that must be kept due to a legal obligation may be retained within a limited scope.

Some data may be retained for a limited period due to legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, the resolution of disputes or financial record-keeping requirements.
